1. Digital Products
If you have purchased digital content such as eBooks, software, downloadable templates, or online courses:
- Non-Refundable: All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.
- Technical Issues: If you experience problems accessing or downloading the product, contact us at info@digitalmania.com within 3 days of purchase, and we will assist you.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
If we sell physical products (e.g., merchandise, accessories):
- Return Period: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Downloaded or accessed digital content
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards or promotional credits
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once delivered.
- Physical product orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

6. Exceptions
